Jamie is an investment banker with over 20 years at Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse and Royal Bank of Scotland before joining Cinnober Financial Technology, the world’s leading independent exchange and clearing house technology provider, as a senior partner.
Jamie made the career move into crypto and digital assets after having seen the opportunity and need for this fast-growing asset class to move into the traditional financial market structure.
Jamie was voted by financial news as one of the top 40 under 40 in European trading and technology (2014) and ranked in the ‘Exchange invest’ Top 1000 most influential people in global financial markets in 2017.
Clara is Campaigns Director at The Climate Coalition, overseeing programmes such as their flagship Show The Love campaign- an annual high-impact public engagement campaign designed to engage a mainstream audience of millions across the UK. Clara has coordinated the UK net zero campaign- resulting in the UK becoming the first major economy to adopt a net zero emissions target this year- and The Time Is Now, the largest mass lobby the UK has ever seen.
Previously, Clara worked as Head Of Creative Marketing at Warner Chappell Music, the global publishing arm of Warner Music Group, where she was responsible for developing brand partnerships, social media strategy and established a new programme working closely with the tech community to establish collaborations to build the business.
Ed is Public Affairs Manager at CPRE, the countryside charity, helping develop their strategy to work with the new Labour government. This includes championing more affordable rural housing, protecting and enhancing the green belt, and improving the planning system.
Before that, Ed was a Senior Political Adviser at the Liberal Democrats, covering the Environment, Climate, Housing, and Transport. While at the Liberal Democrats, he turned the issue of sewage dumping in rivers from a niche problem into a major campaign that helped underpin the party's successful 2024 General Election campaign.
He also worked as head of research at Look After My Bills, an energy auto-switching and collective bargaining company that won the best deal ever on BBC's Dragon's Den.
Rob has been a councillor in North Lincolnshire since 2007 and became Leader of the Council in 2017. Currently, he is the chair of the Health & Wellbeing Board and the Humber Leadership Board, the Co-Chair of the successful Humber Freeport bid and a serving member of the Transport for the North Board and the North Acceleration Council.
Rob is active in the cross-party Local Government Association serving on the People and Places Board and also as a Lead Peer and mentor to other council leaders. He is a director of Humberside International Airport and a school governor at his local primary school.
He ran his own successful consultancy business providing regeneration and international business support to regional development agencies and several local councils. Rob was appointed an MBE for services to local government.
Joe is the founder of the British Values Project, an educational initiative working with schools across the country on issues relating to national identity, cohesion, and citizenship. He is the former Managing Director of the Holocaust Educational Trust and the former Chief Executive of the PSHE Association, the leading national body for Personal, Social, Health and Economic (PSHE) education. He uses this experience as a consultant for charities and not-for-profits.
In addition, Joe is the author of two books on contemporary Britain; British Journey and British Voices, which look at the state of UK society from the perspective of members of the public. The books explore issues of identity, trust, cohesion, and nationhood in modern Britain, and build on Joe’s master’s degrees in public policy and Contemporary History and Politics. Joe is currently planning a third book which looks at these issues across the democratic world.
